Welcome to TempoTribe, the ultimate destination for your fitness journey. Before diving into our exhilarating workouts, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Your access to and use of our services (“Service”) is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

LIABILITY WAIVER

We at TempoTribe prioritize your safety and well-being. Before embarking on your fitness adventure with us, all guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to their first visit. By signing, you acknowledge and agree that while our dedicated staff is here to guide and motivate you, they are not qualified to provide medical advice regarding your fitness. The information provided is intended as a guideline to your exercise limitations. You understand and accept that while on TempoTribe premises or under the guidance of our staff, both your property and person are your responsibility. TempoTribe, along with its employees, agents, and contractors, shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, including negligence, that you may directly or indirectly incur during your participation in TempoTribe activities or while on our premises. You acknowledge that you must be physically and mentally capable of undertaking any activity you participate in, and you do so at your own risk.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can get hectic, but we kindly ask that you respect our class cancellation policies to ensure a seamless experience for all our guests.

Class cancellations must be made a minimum of 8 hours in advance of the scheduled class. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your purchased ride or deduction from your ride pack. For clients on a membership or monthly pass, a $15 fee will be incurred for absences or late cancellations. Please note that showing up less than five minutes before a class may result in losing your spot to a standby or waitlisted client, or you may not be permitted to attend. In such cases, you will be charged as a late cancel.

PURCHASE POLICY

Just as you wouldn’t wear an outfit and then return it, our purchase policy ensures fairness and transparency for all our guests.

All purchases are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable. This policy applies to purchases made during sales as well, which are also non-refundable. Contract memberships are excluded from sales and discount codes Please note that discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase to redeem discount pricing.

TempoTribe reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse registration, or suspend or terminate passes or memberships at any time and for any reason. All ongoing memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be canceled prior to the set end date. Written requests for extended vacation pauses may be granted. Additionally, all ongoing memberships will auto-renew unless written notification is provided to TempoTribe. Termination of a contract prior to the end date will result in charges.

MEDIA RELEASE

By participating in TempoTribe activities, you grant us permission to use any photographs or videos taken of you for promotional purposes, including publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or medium.
